Energetic with a great sense of humor, Isaiah is such a cool kid. He’s got a ton of different interests and is always eager to learn something new. For fun, he enjoys building with LEGOs, playing with remote-controlled cars, and playing basketball. Isaiah was on the school basketball team this past year and really loved it. Among his many hobbies include watching anime shows, particularly Naruto, which is his clear favorite. To learn just a little bit about this favorite show of his, check out the video he created below!

Isaiah hand-selected each image he wanted to talk about, and also chose the background music, a remix of a Naruto theme song, to accompany the images in his video.

As he heads into his freshman year of high school, Isaiah has been working hard on math, reading, and general social skills. His caregiver is a great support as Isaiah hits the books—an adoptive family who can slide into that role will be great for his continued academic progress.

Described by everyone as really funny, don’t be surprised if you’re playfully pranked by Isaiah. He loves being social, making people laugh, and lending a helping hand in any situation. When asked what they appreciate about him (other than his humor!), Isaiah’s caregivers say his willingness to learn new strategies to navigate life’s obstacles. They also appreciate how helpful he is and how committed he is to his communication skills. Isaiah not only loves making connections with the people in his life, but the animals, too!

Isaiah also wanted to include two of his furry friends in this fun video he shot!

Isaiah’s team is excited to hear from families who are willing to meet him where he’s at, especially as he explores his feelings around wanting to be adopted. When asked what he hopes to find in a home, Isaiah has expressed the desire to be around other youth his age, especially if they also enjoy anime. Isaiah is a very social kid who loves all kinds of music, being a part of a community, and getting outside to swim, shoot hoops, or take a walk. If you can see him as a part of your family, please reach out to us. We’re excited to find him the permanent home he deserves.
