Meet Chris

Active and energetic, Chris loves to play! Whether he’s showing off his moves in the dodgeball pit or bouncing as high as he can at the trampoline park, he’s bound to be on the move.

There are loads of things that make Chris happy! Some of his favorite activities lately are watching Disney movies, playing on his tablet, building worlds in Minecraft on his Nintendo Switch, and playing with his collection of action figures!

Chris is a super creative kid. His caregivers note that his imaginative play is “fantastic.”

When he’s not spending time creating worlds or flexing his impressive imagination, you’ll likely find Chris outside! He’s an outdoorsy kid and has enjoyed climbing on rocks while out and about.

Chris has made a lot of strides with his skills. His caregivers describe him as being very funny and very friendly. He does really well with his peers and enjoys the time he gets to spend around other people.

A family that is willing to work with Chris and meet him where he is at with his communication needs will be crucial to helping him grow. Chris currently communicates using a tablet.

In the 5th grade, Chris does well with lots of academic supports in place. He will be transitioning to middle school next year, so a family ready to continue to support his learning and growth will be very beneficial for Chris.

Chris thrives with 1:1 attention from the important people in his life. Any family configuration would do for Chris, so as long as they are able to provide him with ample support, attention, and love! He especially loves spending quality time together at mealtimes.
