An outdoors kind of guy, Josh really enjoys being outside. He especially enjoys playing sports, his faves include football, hockey, basketball and soccer, though catch him on the track too—he’s a cross-country guy! He also loves listening to music, watching Naruto and playing Minecraft.
Currently in 10th grade. In school, Josh takes pride in getting good grades and has always been a fan of learning. He’s been very eager to start participating in team sports again and his current plan is to try out for basketball this fall!
An optimistic kid, Josh is often smiling and laughing, especially when he gets to be around other people. He’s always complimented on his manners and that attribute translates into how naturally social Josh is as well. Funny and polite, Josh’s team appreciate how he’s able to communicate effectively, especially when he’s had a great day he wants to share.
Previously, Josh and his sister were hoping to find a permanent home together. While plans have changed a bit, their relationship is still deeply important to Josh. Any interested families will need to emphatically support Josh’s connection with his sister.
In his own words, Josh wants families to know:
“I want a family who will treat me as part of the family and not an outcast.”
Josh has put his own fingerprints all over his own profile because he wants families to get to hear directly from him.
As aforementioned, Josh is a kid who loves to be active and involved in many things. An active home with people who also thrive in the outdoors would be a great fit. If you can see this awesome teen in your family, please reach out to us. We’re excited to find him the permanent home he deserves.
