Never one to shy away from sharing his joy with others, David is a very joyful and engaging kid who is very happy when he gets to spend his time surrounded by others. One of the happiest kids around, David really likes to be held and to spend time with those around him. Getting outside is invigorating to him and he is very curious about the outdoors and the world around him in general.
When he isn’t outside playing, he’s likely indoors with his cherished toys – he really likes the ones that light up and spin around the room. David also really enjoys being sung to, so musically inclined families will be great for him.
David’s favorite activity is scooting around the room. His movement has progressed recently and he seems excited to keep practicing. David currently communicates by making soft sounds and sharing his big smile.
David really likes toys, rolling around, army crawling, looking at books with big pictures, playing with other kids, and simple games like peek-a-boo.
There are a few important people in David’s circle that will be important for his adoptive family to keep in touch with so they can remain a part of David’s life.
An adoptive family who can dedicate themselves to David’s progress, growth, and unique gifts will be a great fit for him. David would do best as the only child or as the youngest of much older siblings. Parent(s) that are experienced, who live close to medical facilities, and have a great support group will be the best fit for David. If you can envision this awesome kid in your family, please reach out to us! We’re excited to find him the adoptive family he deserves.
